Support

Beta workspaces get support directly from the engineering team. Inside the console, click the help glyph to open a ticket — it lands in our Slack within minutes. Outside the console, email hello@opspanel.ai with your workspace slug and a reproduction.

Security & vulnerabilities

We take security seriously. If you've found a vulnerability, please report it privately to legal@opspanel.ai. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and patch critical issues within 7 days. Please give us a reasonable window to fix before public disclosure.
